You talk to patients and parents about the reason for their visit, check vital signs, administer injections, deliver treatments, run internal labs, prepare external lab specimens, perform lab proficiency testing, and work alongside our providers to deliver exceptional patient care. You multi-task with ease. You thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’re savvy with technology, great with people, and pay constant attention to detail. A key source of emotional support and assistance for our patients and families, you’ll coordinate care, connect families to important resources, and assist them in navigating medical, behavioral health and education systems. You’ll work with medical and other support teams within the scope of your social worker’s practice and may provide counseling to children and families when necessary. LSW Required. LCSW preferred.
