FAMILY CARE COORDINATOR | Seven Fields Office
One of the front-line faces and voices of the Kids Plus experience, you perform scheduling of initial and follow-up appointments, medical record management, phone answering, insurance verification, cash control, referral letter preparation, new patient concierge services. We’re looking for applicants with exceptional customer service and communication skills. And we’re committed to flexible scheduling, including people who want to, or can only, work evening and weekend hours.
RN / LPN / CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT | Pleasant Hills & Sq. Hill/Greenfield Offices
An integral part of the Kids Plus medical team, you’re the front line of our clinical experience. You talk to patients and parents about the reason for their visit, check vital signs, administer injections, deliver treatments, run internal labs, prepare external lab specimens, perform lab proficiency testing, and work alongside our providers to deliver exceptional patient care. You multi-task with ease. You thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’re savvy with technology, great with people, and pay constant attention to detail. Prior clinical experience is required; prior pediatric clinical experience is ideal.
LACTATION CONSULTANT | Seven Fields Office
One of the front-line caregivers at our Breastfeeding Center of Pittsburgh, you see the mother-infant dyad, take a history of birth and feeding issues, document in electronic medical records, assess their breastfeeding, and design a treatment plan in conjunction with both the supervising provider and the family. You’ll also answer patient phone calls, handle patient encounter follow-ups, develop patient education materials, and participate in staff meetings and continuing education. You’re savvy with technology, great with people, and have outstanding communication skills. IBCLC certification is required, and to be maintained throughout your employment.
