Over the next few weeks, we’re upgrading our electronic health record system. This process will create changes that temporarily affect you, especially in accessing and using the Patient Portal.
Please see below for a list of important dates and changes.
Thanks, as always, for your patience and understanding!

Patient directed portal messaging will be suspended Friday, June 7th, at 12:00 p.m. EDT.

You will still be able to receive messages from us, but will not have the ability to send us a message. You’ll continue to have access to the Portal through June 12.

The Cranberry and Pleasant Hills offices will be CLOSED for all-day training.

Phones will still be monitored the way they normally are after hours/when offices are closed.

Starting this day, Pre-Visit Questionnaires will not be available for appointments. They will soon be shifting to a new app.

There will be NO evening hours this day due to the transition. All offices will close at 5 p.m. EST.

This is the FINAL day to access the current patient portal.

* If there are any forms, records, etc… you need to download from the Portal, please do so BEFORE this date. (These items can still be collected in-person at one of our offices, but there could be delays.)

ALL OFFICES WILL BE CLOSED for all-day, all-staff training. Phones will still be monitored for urgent issues only. Office Hours and calls will return to normal the following business day, June 13th.

A new Kids Plus Patient Portal will be available on a smartphone app. Much of the functionality will be the same as our previous Patient Portal, but direct messaging may not be active for a few weeks. You’ll receive instructions on how to sign up for the new Portal.

This will be our first day with the new electronic medical records system. For the first two weeks, as we get used to the new system, appointments may be limited, and phone calls may take longer to return.

During this time, please arrive 15 minutes early to your appointments to allow for paperwork and registration updates.

Please note also that during these two weeks, Walk-In appointments will be limited and will likely have longer wait times, including on weekends.

Once again, and as always… Thanks for your support, your patience, and your understanding!
