Over the next few weeks, we’re upgrading our electronic health record system. This process will create changes that temporarily affect you, especially in accessing and using the Patient Portal.

THURSDAY, JUNE 13th – FRIDAY, JUNE 28th

A new Kids Plus Patient Portal will be available on a smartphone app. Much of the functionality will be the same as our previous Patient Portal, but direct messaging may not be active for a few weeks. You’ll receive instructions on how to sign up for the new Portal.

This will be our first day with the new electronic medical records system. For the first two weeks, as we get used to the new system, appointments may be limited, and phone calls may take longer to return.

During this time, please arrive 15 minutes early to your appointments to allow for paperwork and registration updates.

Please note also that during these two weeks, Walk-In appointments will be limited and will likely have longer wait times, including on weekends.
